Revenue Operations Director - QUMEA
About us:
QUMEA is a pioneer in digital mobility monitoring for hospitals and the care sector. We stand for innovation and progress in healthcare, and our mobility monitoring solution sets new standards for patient safety.
What drives us? Together with healthcare professionals, we work proactively to manage risks and improve outcomes – with a solution that is safe, effective and discreet.
Your mission:
The Revenue Operations Director plays a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening QUMEA's customer operations engine. This role ensures a seamless, data-driven, and high-quality revenue workflow across the entire customer lifecycle. As the central link between Sales, Customer Success and other company functions, you safeguard process integrity, operational readiness, and revenue transparency.
Your contribution goes beyond operational support: you influence revenue performance by improving pipeline conversion, forecast accuracy, sales efficiency, and customer value realization. By owning our commercial processes, systems, and data foundations, you enable QUMEA to scale with precision, quality, and speed.
The focus of this role lies on processes, tools, and data (CRM, pipeline, pricing, customer experience), enabling QUMEA's Customer Operations team to maximize customer value and ensure implementations start correctly and quickly.
Your job in detail:
1. Sales Process & Lifecycle Management
Support of customer lifecycle management: Drive standardized handover from won deals to Customer Operations (project/delivery), including complete customer and order data, order documentation, and traceable records.
Process & documentation: Own and improve SOPs for sales support, handover, and invoicing; drive cross-functional improvement initiatives.
Sales onboarding: Introduce new salespeople to processes, tools, and templates; curate enablement materials in collaboration with Marketing.
2. CRM, Data & Reporting
CRM ownership & data quality: Ensure structure, fields, stages, and data quality on Monday.com, including pipeline diligence, conversion rules, and report templates; coach the sales team in best practices.
Forecast & reporting: Build and maintain sales reports and forecasts (win-rate, cycle time, stage health) in CRM and support pipeline reviews.
3. Commercial Operations
Quotes & contracts: Administer quote flows (templates, price lists, approvals), version control, and coordination with Business Services (CFO) for special terms.
Pricing & product data: Maintain price lists, SKU/product registers, in consultation with Finance.
4. Tools & Systems
Tools & workspaces: Manage sales/project workspaces in tools like Monday (project portfolio, checklists) and ensure sync with accounting and backoffice routines.
5. Customer Experience & Collaboration
Customer Success Management: Support customer success managers in collecting, aggregating and presenting findings from customer surveys.
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, combined with 3–6 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Sales Controlling, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
Process & system competence: Documented experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com), sales processes, and order-to-cash; solid understanding of project handover and customer lifecycle.
Analytical & data-driven: Ability to build forecast/pipeline reports and drive actions based on insights (conversion, bottlenecks).
Meticulous administration: High quality in contracts, quotes, product/pricing data, and customer information.
Cross-functional collaboration: Cooperation with Sales, Customer Success/Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Legal.
Communication & training: Clear written/oral communication; experience training salespeople in tools and workflows.
Initiative & improvement: Drive standardization and continuous improvement of processes and templates.
Fluency in English is required, German is a plus.
