We are recruiting on behalf of Valu8, a data and analytics platform built for Private Equity, M&A, and corporate strategy teams. Valu8 aggregates financial data, ownership structures, and alternative data sources across more than 65 million European companies, enabling investors to source, analyze, and execute acquisitions more effectively.
Founded in 2011 by professionals from M&A and fintech, Valu8 is the market leader in the Nordics and is now scaling its commercial organisation to support continued growth across Europe. The company operates from offices in Stockholm and London.
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition across the Nordic market. You will own the full sales cycle end to end, from outbound prospecting and discovery to demos, trials, and closing net-new business.
This role is suited for a consultative seller who can quickly understand complex customer contexts, run high-quality discovery, and position Valu8’s platform as a strategic solution rather than a feature-driven product. You are expected to operate independently, with strong structure and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the full 360 sales cycle: outbound, discovery, demo, trial, and close
Run structured, high-quality discovery and stakeholder mapping with C-level and senior decision-makers
Build trust and credibility quickly by acting as a consultant, not a traditional “pitcher”
Learn new industries rapidly and translate customer needs into clear, compelling business cases
Build, manage, and progress a structured pipeline using CRM and outbound tools (e.g. HubSpot, Apollo)
Own and consistently deliver on individual revenue targets
Collaborate closely with marketing and product to support deal execution and pipeline quality
Ideal Profile
5+ years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally selling to C-level stakeholders and finance-oriented audiences
Strong track record of entering new industries and building credibility quickly
Very strong discovery skills and genuine intellectual curiosity
High drive and self-leadership; execution-focused and outcome-oriented
Data-driven and structured, with a clear approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and performance improvement
Language requirements: Fully fluent English required
