The buyer audience is highly sophisticated. This sets a high bar for relevance, precision, and execution in everything marketing produces. You will work closely with the CMO, Sales, and Product, and your impact on pipeline will be visible and measurable.
The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Demand Generation Manager who will own marketing-driven pipeline generation and deal acceleration.
This is an execution-heavy role. You will plan, run, optimise, and measure demand initiatives across paid, outbound, email, events, and automation, with a clear mandate to deliver qualified, sales-ready pipeline.
You will be given a clear ICP, positioning, and strategic direction. Your responsibility is to turn that into pipeline and revenue impact.
You report directly to the CMO and work tightly with Sales on targeting, handoff, and acceleration of active deals.
Key Responsibilities
Own marketing-driven pipeline targets and contribution to revenue
Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and Google Search
Own events as a demand channel: defining goals and target accounts, driving invitations and attendance, ensuring sales-aligned follow-up, and measuring pipeline impact
Build and maintain email campaigns, nurture flows, and automated sequences in HubSpot
Develop and manage lead scoring and qualification frameworks
Analyse performance and report across the full funnel: from first touch to pipeline and deals
Run continuous experiments across channels, messaging, formats, targeting, and offers
Work closely with Sales on account targeting, handoff, and deal acceleration
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, sales-ready pipeline
Ideal Profile
2–5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a growth-stage company
Proven track record of driving qualified pipeline and revenue impact
Strong hands-on experience running LinkedIn Ads end-to-end
Experience with Google Ads is a plus
Comfortable owning campaigns across paid, outbound, email, and events
Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of attribution, funnel metrics, and ROI
Confident HubSpot user (email, workflows, automation, reporting)
Commercial, structured, and execution-oriented
Comfortable working closely with Sales and owning outcomes
Nice to Have
Experience from or exposure to Private Equity, M&A, or financial services
Experience with ABM strategies
Strong written English
